What's The Role:

Join our team in the role of Transport Administrator and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll also have the chance to cross-train across departments and support the team during peak periods and leave coverage.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Customer Coordination – Be the go-to for key clients and urgent escalations
• Driver Debriefing – Review and process paperwork to close out daily runs
• Freight Bookings & Scheduling – Manage delivery slots and customer requests
• Operations Support – Liaise with depot staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Admin & Reporting – Assist the Admin and Depot Manager with daily tasks

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a transport administration, operations support, or scheduling role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Resilient and adaptable approach, with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Transport industry experience preferred, but not essential — training will be provided to the right candidate
• BFM accreditation, or willingness to obtain, with an understanding of NHVR regulations considered advantageous
